What does Baby's Variety sell?

Infant and toddler formula sold by the case, with a focus on specialty and hypoallergenic formulas such as amino acid-based and extensively hydrolyzed formulas, plus everyday infant formula.

Which brands do you carry?

Enfamil (including PurAmino, Nutramigen, NeuroPro, Gentlease and EnfaCare), Similac (including Alimentum, 360 Total Care and NeoSure), Neocate, EleCare, Alfamino by Nestle Health, Gerber Good Start, Earth's Best, Nutricia Pepticate and Duocal, PediaSure and Ensure.

Can I buy a single can or only a case?

Most products are sold as a case of 4 or 6 cans. Some product pages also offer a single can; the options are shown on each product page.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders over $99. Free shipping does not apply to Puerto Rico and Hawaii; call 718-875-1961 for a shipping quote.

How fast will my order ship?

Orders ship within 2 to 4 days of being placed. Orders placed on Friday ship on Monday.

What is your return policy?

You have 32 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. A 15% restocking fee is taken from all returns, and opened cans cannot be returned. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Where do I send a return?

Ship returns to Baby's Variety, 105 Rutledge St, Brooklyn, NY 11249. Once the return is received and inspected, we let you know whether the refund is approved.

How will I get my refund?

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method automatically. Your bank or card company may take some time to post it.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

How do I choose the right formula?

We do not give medical advice. Ask your baby's doctor which formula is appropriate for your baby, and talk to your pediatrician before switching formulas. Our team can help you find a product in our store.
